Toast to Valentine's Day with Korbel

This Valentine's Day, what better way to toast your love than with a Champagne cocktail? And who better to help us create a couple than Korbel? We turned to the sparkling winemakers for some romantic recipes to help set the mood. 

Berry Spritz

Ingredients: 

  • 1 part Chambord® liqueur
  • 3 parts Korbel® Prosecco
  • 2 parts soda water
  • Black raspberries for garnish

Directions: 

  1. Take a large wine glass and fill it with ice.
  2. Add Chambord, Korbel Prosecco, and soda.
  3. Garnish with berries.

Ruby Rose

Ingredients: 

  • 3⁄4 oz Chambord® Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 4 oz Korbel® Brut Rosé
  • Raspberries or strawberries for garnish

Directions: 

  1. Pour Chambord and cranberry juice into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute.
  2. Top with Korbel. Garnish with a strawberry slice or raspberries.
